Delivery & returns
We work to get your order to you as fast as possible — and if something isn't right, returns are easy.
Delivery time
Orders in Baku are usually delivered within 24 hours, and to other cities and regions within 2–4 business days. You can choose the delivery day and time slot at checkout.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on orders over 50.00 ₼. In Baku the price depends on the address; delivery to the regions costs 6.00 ₼. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Pickup points
You can also have your order delivered to a pickup point — we'll notify you when it arrives.
Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. Submit a return request from the order page in your account.
Refunds
After the returned item is checked, the amount is refunded to your card within 3–10 business days.
