Every product sold at modamall.az is new and unused. We are responsible for the quality, accurate description and hygienic safety of each item.
New and genuine products only
We only sell unused products, in original packaging or with tags. We do not accept second-hand or used items.
Checked before shipping
Every order is inspected before packing: overall condition, size and colour matching your order, no visible defects, and cleanliness.
An item that fails inspection is never shipped — we contact you and offer a replacement or a refund.
Hygiene
No product that poses a hygiene risk is ever put on sale.
Returns of personal hygiene items such as underwear, socks, swimwear and cosmetics may be restricted by law — the packaging must be unopened.
Descriptions and photos
The product page shows the name, brand, category, size, colour and composition. Photos show the actual product.
Colours may look slightly different due to lighting and screen settings — this is not considered a defect.
Discounted products
A discounted item is still a brand-new, full-quality product. A discount does not limit your statutory exchange and return rights.
Your part
Before ordering, review the description, size chart and photos carefully. Check the item as soon as you receive it and let us know promptly if something doesn't match.
Defective or wrong items
If the item doesn't match your order or has an undisclosed defect, we investigate and offer a lawful solution: an exchange, a partial refund of the price difference, or a full refund.
